Returns
Note: Do not purchase any items if you, the intended recipient, or anyone that may use (or come in contact with) are knowingly or unknowingly allergic (or unusually sensitive) to any of our listed ingredients. Please keep all purchases away from children, pets, and irresponsible adults. All products are for topical use only. And, should never be ingested, used in eyes (nostrils, ears, etc.), or on open wounds (or skin rashes, infections, ailments, or maladies). Candle products must be used in a well ventilated area in a manner that will not result in smoke inhalation, smoke damage, heat injury, or fire.
Due to the nature of our products, and hygienic reasons, we only accept returns in cases where the wrong item was shipped (as per the packing slip). In our effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, if there is a problem with your order please feel free to contact us at support@threestandsnaturals.com.
- All returns must be pre-approved, in writing, by Three Strands Naturals. Note: If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot process your return..
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All items not in their original packaging, container, wrapping, or envelope, cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Damaged Soaps (or soap product container).
- Damaged Candles (or candle container).
- Balms (and other health and personal care items).
- Foaming Hand Wash (or other liquid products).
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without pre-approved email authorization.
Store Credits
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
- If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account. All unused store credit expires after 90 days.
- To return your product, you should first request shipping approval and instructions via email form support@threestrandsnaturals.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Any return shipping costs incurred by you are non-refundable. Note: If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from that credit.
Shipping
- We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping.
- If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
